Frances Hurley is an experienced educator with over 30 years of teaching experience, including 20 years with ESF. Her qualifications include a first degree in Primary Education, a PGCE in Early Years, a Master's in Educational Leadership, and the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers from the UK. Over the past 25 years, Frances has dedicated her career to international education, serving local and global families in Thailand and Hong Kong.
Frances is a passionate advocate for early years education and inquiry-based and outdoor learning. By creating engaging learning environments and fostering a collaborative learning culture within the school community, Frances strives to create an atmosphere where staff and children can thrive.
In her free time, Frances enjoys spending time with her family and cruising yachts. She can often be found on a racing boat in the local Hong Kong waters or crossing the South China Sea, fully embracing her love for nature and the outdoors.
